Sammons+Co was created by us, Scott Sammons and Shannon Emery, as an independent, family-owned brokerage to provide sellers, buyers, investors and homeowners with highly customized and experienced people-first service along Colorado’s Front Range.
In our nearly two decades as real estate agents and leaders, we’ve navigated it all, from closings that were easy-peasy to crazy-complicated, through times of stability to unprecedented market swings. Over the years, we’ve gained invaluable expertise and grown our business almost exclusively through repeat and referral customers.
This is our life’s work and we’re all in.
