My husband and I were thrilled with the knowledge, skill, and character when they helped us through the nightmare of contracting for a new build home. The team was invaluable since we were buying in Colorado and living out of state through almost the entire process. They showed us several homes and listened to our preferences. They gave us their knowledgeable input on everything we saw and supported our decisions wholeheartedly (even if they would not have made the same choices.) They were active on our behalf throughout our whole buying process - signing contracts, the many stages of building, and finally closing nearly 9 months later. Shannon even helped us at the design center when we made flooring, tile, countertop, hardware, and paint selections.
